Acceptance
By creating an account or using LazyFit Club you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and do not use the service.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.
Acceptable Use
LazyFit Club is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our API in ways that are not supported by the official app. Abusive behaviour toward other users (via the leaderboard or friends features) may result in account suspension.
Health Disclaimer
LazyFit Club provides general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. Exercise at your own risk — you are responsible for your safety during workouts.
Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions auto-renew and are billed through Google Play. Cancel anytime via your Google Play subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google Play under their standard policy. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 48 hours.
Content
Workout content in the app is provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify workouts at any time. Custom workouts you create remain yours; by saving them you grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LazyFit Club is provided "as is". We are not liable for any injuries, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
